Why this is public

Google does not allow a business to ask for specific content in a review, or to steer the rating. That is fair, and it is exactly why this list belongs to us and not to our customers.

Whoever buys a page from us picks which of these keywords their guests get to see. They do not write them. They cannot put their own sentences in, and they cannot take the critical keywords out.

What a customer can and cannot do

• Pick which keywords from this library appear on their page. The list for their trade is the suggestion; they may add others from the library.
• Write the sentences themselves. If a keyword is missing they request it — we write the sentences and check them against claims a guest cannot back up.
• Drop below three critical keywords. Swapping is allowed, removing is not: a list that only permits praise steers the rating.
